My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems, informed by over 20 years of clinical experience, and supported by a trauma- and neuroscience-informed understanding of the nervous system.
At the same time, I hold an openness to the deeper layers that often emerge in IFS work.
Many of the therapists I work with sense that the process goes beyond technique—that there is an intelligence within the system that can feel purposeful, even guiding. I make space for this dimension, while staying grounded, collaborative, and clinically attuned.
