Couples come to therapy for many reasons. At heart, most partners love each other but may lose connection, get caught in fruitless power struggles, and struggle to find a way forward.
My goal is to help you express yourself to your partner in ways that feel safe, respectful, and connecting. I will help you understand negative cycles in your relationship and develop strategies that lead to deeper understanding and mutually satisfying solutions.
I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused approaches, practical tools, and psychoeducation. I support both LGBTQ and heterosexual couples.
My hope is that our work together will heal your relationship. If you come to the understanding that parting ways is the healthiest choice, I will support you in doing so with love, dignity, and mutual respect.
